Aaj Ki Baat : Students protest in Bihar, what changes did government make in exams?

After Delhi and Jharkhand, the fire of student protests has now reached Bihar. Today in Patna, students attempted to lay siege to the Chief Minister's residence. A confrontation with the police ensued; the police exercised restraint and resorted to a mild lathi-charge.
