क्रिकेट की सर्वोच्च संस्था इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट काउंसिल (आईसीसी) ने भ्रष्टाचार-रोधी संहिता के उल्लंघन के लिए बांग्लादेश के ऑलराउंडर शाकिब अल हसन पर 2 साल का प्रतिबंधि लगा दिया है। 

बांग्लादेश के ऑलराउंडर शाकिब अल हसन को 2 साल के लिए निलंबित कर दिया गया है। ICC भ्रष्टाचार-रोधी संहिता के उल्लंघन के लिये शाकिब के खिलाफ ये कदम उठाया गया है।

पाकिस्तान सुपर लीग में स्पॉट फिक्सिंग के दोषी पाए गए शार्जील खान को पीसीबी ने क्लब क्रिकेट खेलने की मंजूरी दे दी है.

कर्नाटक प्रीमियर लीग (केपीएल) में भाग लेने वाले एक बल्लेबाज और गेंदबाजी कोच को मैच फिक्सिंग के आरोप में केंद्रीय अपराध शाखा (सीसीबी) ने गिरफ्तार किया है।

पिछले साल भारतीय विधि आयोग ने मैच फिक्सिंग को इंग्लैंड और ऑस्ट्रेलिया की तरह आपराधिक गतिविधि बनाने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया था।

 इस खिलाड़ी ने बोर्ड एसीयू को इसकी सूचना दे दी थी। एसीयू प्रमुख अजित सिंह शेखावत ने पीटीआई से इस घटना की पुष्टि की। 

बीसीसीआई की एसीयू के प्रमुख अजीत सिंह ने हालांकि किसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय खिलाड़ी के संदिग्ध होने की संभावना को खारिज कर दिया है। 

आईपीएल स्पॉट फिक्सिंग मामले में अजीवन प्रतिबंध का सामना कर रहे क्रिकेटर क्रिकेटर श्रीसंत को आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिल गई है।

"I want to forget past conflicts, sort things out and lead a peaceful life with my family. I want to see my family happy again. My daughter's life is ahead of her and I don't want her to feel isolated by this matter. I want only happiness for her," Shami said.
